i need help in finding materials to start forging ..
mostly i need an anvil and some metal to work with . any idea where i can find a shop where i can order them? and second most important thing is where do i buy coke or coal ? . building the forge will be easy .
thanks

Hello.
Try to find anvil and other tools on allegro. (search for kowadło=anvil, młotek=hammer, cęgi, kleszcze, szczypce = tongs) It is Polish equal of ebay. It is hard or impossible to find anvil on a junk yard in Warsaw. I know because I tried myself. If you are from Warsaw I can meet you and show on a map where you can find some junk yards.
And you can find good steel here:
http://www.stalserwis.com.pl
And about coal try here ul. Czereśniowa 98, lok. 231,Warszawa

So tritops, can you write me anything about location your forge ? Is it far away from city centre ?
I'm curious news cause I attend to visit in Warsaw at this summer and don't rule out to visit in couple places.
